Professional Summary

I've spent 12 years at the intersection of education, strategic partnerships, and human development - first as a classroom teacher and instructional leader, then leading district-wide partnerships that scaled programs across 200+ schools and 10,000+ students. What drives me is translating complex organizational challenges into clear strategies that help people and systems thrive.

I build relationships that matter. I've managed flagship partnerships with organizations like Chicago Public Schools, navigating stakeholder ecosystems where trust, clarity, and strategic thinking determine success. I design learning experiences that shift mindsets, lead teams through change with empathy and urgency, and help leaders articulate their vision in ways that move people to action.

At my core, I'm a strategist, communicator, and builder. I bring a versatile skill set across partnership development, change management, executive communications, and organizational development. But what I really bring is this: a commitment to doing work that creates real impact, a belief that growth happens at the edges of our comfort zones, and an insistence on building with integrity. Whether I'm advising district leadership, coaching teams, or designing strategic initiatives, I show up ready to learn, ready to push thinking forward, and ready to help organizations and individuals reach their next level.

More about me

I'm a dog mom, coffee shop dweller, who loves Old School R&B, Soul, and 90s/early 2000s Hip Hop. Creative writing, spending time with family and loved ones, walking in nature, and making stops at Homegoods are some of my favorite pass times. I've always had a love for photography and am often inspired by autumn leaves, matcha lattes, wall graffiti, people just "being", and "quotable art." To be love and share it with the world by way of my gifts of written and spoken word is my greatest purpose.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
